Azerbaijan Journal of educational Studies is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal covering all aspects of educational science.
About the Journal
[edit]The first Volume of the Journal has been published since 1924[1]. From 1924 to 1930 years the name of the Journal was New School - "Yeni məktəb" - in Azerbaijan language. But 1930 - 1943 years the name of the Journal was Help to teacher - "Muəllimə kömək". But from 1943 since todays Journal is published as Azerbaijan School (Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies - Eng. (shortened-AJES)) - "Aərbaycan məktəbi". As the scientific-theoretical, pedagogical journal of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies” has been serving the national pedagogical thought for 94 years.
About the Organization
[edit]The Publishing Organization is the [[Minstry of Education (Azerbaijan)[2]]]. Manuscripts are accepted in Azerbaijan, Russian, English, Turkish. The Journal is free for readers, with article processing charges (APC) without paying by authors and Institutions.
Indexing and abstracting
[edit]Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies is indexed by the Citefactor, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, ResearchGate and etc. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 2 weeks after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 7 days.
