A Rental Boiler is a packaged steam system custom fabricated to mobilize an entire process facility's powerhouse for immediate usage and modular functionality. These systems can be skid-mounted or in a fully enclosed mobile steam plant. A rental boiler separates itself from a common steam boiler or steam generator in that it is custom manufactured to utilize maximum capacity per square footage of heating surface while maintaining the ability to be mobile via road or railway. Common design changes relevant to the mobilization of a steam plant include utilization of "O-Style" watertube boilers, designed to place the mud and steam drums 180 degrees apart from each other, effectively stabilizing the load for transportation while simultaneously reducing the steam system's height and weight. Firetube boilers are retrofitted to be fit into ISO containers to maximize
