  • Comment: Hi Rob! Please note, you do not need to Submit Userpages for review, they're yours to use for any legit Wikipedia-related use. WP:AFC is only for submitting drafts of articles. So no worries, this page is yours, and I hope you'll find fun and fascinating things to to here! Me personally, I like to user my userpage to keep my (increasingly massive) "To Do" list, so if you're curious check mine out, though our specialties are quite different. If you haven't already, you might want to introduce yourself at WT:WikiProject Medicine. You may erase my message, or move it to your Talk page and reply to it (ping me if so), as you wish. Welcome aboard! MatthewVanitas (talk) 22:22, 16 June 2015 (UTC)

Hi, I'm Rob. In 2005 I obtained my Doctor of Medicine degree at the Utrecht University and started working as a surgical resident at the Meander Medical Center in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. Currently I am labouring on my PhD thesis on the future of antireflux surgery.

Goal

I hope to be able to contribute to medical articles here on Wikipedia, first and foremost update those closest to my area of expertise.
