TEC Canada TEC Canada is a leadership development organization for executives, entrepreneurs, presidents and CEOs.

Begun in 1985 by Dr. Lynn Tanner in Calgary, Alberta, the company has since grown to operate across Canada. TEC Canada is a member-based organization with groups located in Aurora, Burlington, Calgary, Edmonton, Fredericton/Moncton/Saint John, Hamilton, Halifax, Gatineau, London, Montreal, Oakville, Okanagan, Ottawa, Quebec City, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg.

TEC Canada operates four programs. Each program is based on groups of peers, facilitated by an experienced CEO

TEC CEO Program – For chief executive officers and presidents
TEC KEY Executive Program – For senior executives reporting to the CEO
TEC Roundtable – For entrepreneurs of emerging enterprises
TEC Trusted Advisors – For those who provide professional advice and services

TEC Canada is an affiliate of Vistage International.
