Coralia Osorio Roa is a Colombian chemist,[1] who received the L'Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science award in May 2014. During her research career she has worked in the National University of Colombia, the Technical University of Braunschweig, Oregon State University and the Institute Of Food Technologists.[2]
