First Financial Merchant Services is a merchant services company that provides credit/debit card processing services. It was start in May of 1996 and it's headquarters are located in Medina, Minnesota. It was voted Best Place to work by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal in 2008 and came in third place in 2009. . It was also given an A+ by the Better Business Bureau's Reliability report.

Give Back Program

The First Financial Giveback Program allows qualifying organizations to generate revenue on an ongoing basis with little effort and no cost. At the heart of this exciting fundraising program is the process by which all businesses that accept credit cards can now elect to direct a portion of their merchant fees directly to a non-profit of their choice.

How does it work?

All merchants pay a fee to accept and turn plastic (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) to cash. First Financial donates part of that fee to participating non-profits. When a sales agent participates in the GiveBack program, First Financial makes ongoing monthly contributions in his or her name to the approved organization of his or her choice based on the number of active merchant supporters, and monthly dollar volume of transactions accepted by those supporting merchants.
