AfD[edit]

I noticed that you've participated in many AfD's recently. A few comments:

It is good that you base your comments on policies like WP:N, WP:RS, etc. Other users want to see an admin who understands policy well.
I would recommend (and I'm being a little picky here) that you shouldn't use "strong delete" so often. Remember, even the strongest of expressions lose their effectiveness if overused.
Be careful to read the discussion carefully. At Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Church in Singapore, I !voted neutral, so you shouldn't cite "per the nomination" as a reason to "Strong Delete." (I probably would have switched to delete/redirect, but I didn't feel like it.) In general, per nom is not a very strong argument to give. I'm not saying that you should avoid saying "per nom" under all circumstances; rather, it is advisable that you offer your personal insight.
Pay extra attention to the !votes at the end. One editor might have rescued the article by providing references, expanding it, etc. Or, an editor might have found that the article contained a copyright violation.
