Susan Chana Lask is a New York solo attorney named in the media as New York's "High Powered" attorney who changed history this decade in several huge cases she strategized and filed.

2006: The New York Ambien Class Action her 2006 class action against the largest pharmaceutical company, Sanofi-Aventis, against their billion dollar sleep medication Ambien resulted in the FDA mandating all 13 sleep manufacturers change their warnings.

2009: The New Jersey Prison Strip Search Class Action her civil rights class action filing against two New Jersey County Jails for violating citizen's rights by blanket strip searching them resulted in the first Federal District Court judgment that they were violating citizens' constitutional rights.

2009: The New Jersey Domestic Partnership Appellate Decision Third, she was the attorney that proved and won a decision from the New Jersey Appellate Division that there is no equitable distribution of property in a domestic partnership termination because that is not considered a marriage where that right can only be found in the civil union statute for same sex partners.
