Take One Car is a Post-hardcore/ Experimental/ Indie band from Millerton, New York. The band was formed in the summer of 2007 and self-released their first album When the Ceiling Meets the Floor in May of 2009.[1] The band consists of four memebers; Tyler Irish-vocals/guitar, Pete Scholes–guitar, Branden Waite-Bass, and Brittany Maccarello–Drums. They are known for their energetic live shows all around the Northeastern region of the U.S. They recently won the section of "The Bamboozle Official Break Contest" hosted by "The Chance" music venue located in Poughkeepsie, New York [2] and recently played at "Gramercy Theatre" in New York City. They were featured on the local radio station WRRV's "Local Lockdown".
