Early Life
[edit]Cox was born in the city of Stirling, Scotland. At the age of three, he moved to Aberdeenshire, where he stayed for five years. He then returned to Stirling, where he discovered his passion for Taekwondo.
Attributing his success in Taekwondo to his early years spent playing alone in his families’ orchard in Aberdeen with his only friend and companion ’Jim’ his family dog: who taught him the art of patience and discipline. He spent many hours gathering apples and making perfume from the apple blossom during spring where his passion for oil painting bloomed.
