She broke onto the scene in 2014 with her EP “Nashville” [1] produced by Luke Wooten (3). Risa Binder was nominated for an Emmy in 2013 for her song “Just Like That” for being featured on the ABC television show General Hospital (4). Risa Binder has toured with American country singer and pianist Ronnie Milsap, as well as opened for artists like James Taylor and Charlie Worsham (5) (6). In 2016, Risa Binder performed for iHeartRadio’s Hall Pass series in New York City. During that same year, she was chosen to be an “Artist About To Break” by AT&T and iHeartRadio [2]. Furthermore, Risa Binder was asked to perform at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival, where she sang “You Haul” and “Paper Heart” (8). In 2018, Women of Country Music named her song “You Haul” as a top song of 2017 (9).
