Paul Nakis is a Montreal, Canada restauranteur.

In February 2012, along with Rene Angelil and Celine Dion, among others, he bought Schwartz's Hebrew Delicatessen.

Schwartz's is located on Boulevard St-Laurent ("the Main") in downtown Montreal.

The restaurant has served its traditional style of Montreal smoked meat for generations. It often attracts long queues of tourists eager to be seated in a location that appears unrefurbished for decades.
