Not new to the wiki scene, but new to the editor side of things. Became a wikipedian in January 2010, and Look forward to many contributions. I would be considered more of an Inclusionist in the inclusionist-deletionist spectrum. I believe in the expansive knowledge that the internet can provide to the human race and believe that if enough people would be interested in the subject and the information can be verified by reasonable sources then it should remain. I believe that information and truth are valuable even if the subject isn't important to you personally, and that changes made to an article should be done in a way to allow as much information to be available to viewers as possible. I personally think my area of expertise is religion, theology, Christian movements & organizations, social justice, etc. I would look forward to contributing to articles that deal with those subjects as well as other interests such as Google, Video Games, Technology, History, Biographies, Bands, Films, Lighting, Sports, Lost, Philosophies, and Fictional Literature.
Personal Info
[edit]Name is Travis Scott Harger, I born July 7th, 1985 in Forest Lake, MN under the name of Travis Scott Holzschuh. At the age of 9, in the summer of 1994, my mom remarried and took the name of my step father and moved to Chesapeake, VA where I still live today. I attended Oscar Smith High School from 2000-2004 and became a follower of Christ in November 2002. Currently 24, married, and have a beautiful daughter. Never went to college partly because I believe that most college educations are consumer scams. I did attend a vocational school, that by chance worked out really well, and went on to win city, state film competitions as well as compete nationally. Currently I work as a Lighting Designer and videographer, for a company called Pike Media Resource, we primarily provide lighting services to corporate events, city events, fancy weddings, and churches as well as videography services. My hobbies and passions include: Music (guitar, djembe, harmonica, drums, piano), film, photography, preaching, church, reading, wiki, Nintendo, mutemath, theology, eschatology, prayer, computers, blogging, graphic design, Minnesota Wild, and Sherlock Holmes.
