TSC Schwarz Gold is an Austrian dancesport club located in Vienna. The club was founded in October 2008 and has its‘ main training location in the 5th district of Vienna, Spengergasse 27. The focus of the club is formation dancing latin, but the sector of ballroom dancing latin and standard is becoming more and more important. At the moment the club has 4 formation teams (2 of them being in the first Austrian league, 1 in the second Austrian league and one beginners team) and approximately 22 single couples. Moreover, the club offers regular training camps, lecture days, fitness workshops and Zumba-lessons.
Formation dancing[edit]
The best team of the club, the A-team, exists since the foundation of TSC Schwarz Gold and was able to proceed from the second Austrian league to the first league within one year becoming Austrian vice champion right away. In summer 2014 the A-team became Austrian vice champion for the 5th time in a row and in 2013 the first place at the Austrian national championship was missed by one mark only. The best international results were a 7th place at the World Championship in Bremen in December 2014 as well as repetitive 6th places at European Championships. The second team of the club, the B-team, achieved the 3rd place at the national Austrian Championship in june 2014.

Ballroom dancing latin[edit]
Actually around 20 couples are competing for TSC Schwarz Gold in this section having achieved several top ranks in national and international competitions. In 2012 TSC Schwarz Gold was leading the yearly national ranking report, in 2014 the club was on the 4th place.
Trainer team[edit]
The head coach of the club is Simon Schmidt supported by Mariya Gramatikova.
Organisation and Management[edit]
At the moment the club is directed by Matthias Brandstetter as chairman, Andreas Zidtek as vice-chairman and Bernhard Kleemann as treasurer.
