HIDEF Physical Therapy[edit]

HIDEF Physical Therapy was founded in Seattle, WA in 2019 by doctor of physical therapy W. Zach Smith and personal training/nutritionist Mitch Harb. The company has 3 locations, Seattle, Bellevue, and Renton^[1]. They provide sports and orthopedic physical therapy^[2].

History[edit]

HIDEF Physical Therapy started out as a podcast (Hot Takes, Cold Brews) between Zach Smith and Mitch Harb. Originally named HIDEF Seattle, In 2019 the first location was founded in Seattle, Wa inside of Pandora Fitness. The company first started with physical therapy, personal training, and nutrition coaching. In August 2021 the Bellevue location was founded. At this time the name was changed HIDEF Physical Therapy and personal training and nutrition services were ceased. In November 2022 the Renton location inside of Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance was founded.
