Hally 98

Thanks for spotting that article, Marian (dj). I've deleted it and its talk page.

I wasn't sure that Hally 98 met our definition of a "vandal" or that that article was necessarily vandalism, so I declined to block Holly 98. Even if it was vandalism, he had not yet been sufficiently warned. (ref: WP:NOTVANDAL and WP:GRVAN)

Thanks for keeping an eye out for our content quality and flagging the issue.

Hally 98 does not need any more warnings; he is a sockpuppet of a very determined individual who has been trying to get an article on this non-notable person at least since February. Other users have also seen incarnations of the master, for instance, here. →Σ σ ς. 20:53, 13 August 2012 (UTC)
