Verifiability and sourcing

[edit]

Hello,

I notice that as a new user, you made some edits today on several articles, that were later undone due to insufficient sourcing. I just wanted to welcome you again, and also let you know that one of the core principles of Wikipedia to keep in mind while you are editing, is the principle of Verifiability. This means that everything we add to an article should be based on a reliable source, like a book, a magazine, or a reliable website. The best way to demonstrate verifiability, is to add a citation (i.e., a footnote) right after the text you added. You can read about footnotes here: Help:Footnotes. Finally, there are numerous advantages to registering for a free account. If you'd like to do so, you can sign up here: WP:REGISTER. Feel free to contact me on my Talk page, if you have any questions. Mathglot (talk) 18:22, 18 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
