I have to say that if you had just sat out for six months, then made a WP:SO appeal coupled with an apology and maybe a little grovelling, I think you'd have had a shot at being back in good standing. Unfortunately your history of block evasion is going to make that a lot harder. All of which means that yes, I am very confident that you are in fact EditorE and this is a good block.
