January 2016[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Sairu. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Sairu, you may be blocked from editing. This edit reinstated a collection of unacceptable references to FaceBook and YouTube. Please check Wikipedia's standards for reliable sources and stop putting such junk there. Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Sairu. Facebook and YouTube are not reliable sources. They were removed by Anarchyte per Wikipedia's standards. Your persistent actions in adding them back, without any discussion at the Talk page to gain consensus from other editors, is becoming very disruptive. Stop now, and edit in line with Wikipedia's policies and standards. Gronk Oz (talk) 05:21, 8 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, 118.1.138.55. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article Sairu, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your circle, your organization, its competitors, projects or products;
  • instead propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Anarchyte 03:56, 17 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
