Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion

[edit]

Information icon Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:14.203.52.66 reported by User:Dibbydib (Result: ). Thank you. dibbydib (T C) 10:46, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To Dibbydib. I am being blocked left right and centre, and I would ask if you do not see my reasoning here, to go to my https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Neights and look at the last couple of days of history to understand.. Thanks

Thanks for reporting that.. I see what the problem is straight away... You did 'not' look at what I had written.. You did 'not' go to where I told you to get an understanding... Pretty easy.. Don't see why you would even have to put in a report.. Your lazy, like the rest of them that's why.. Should you be reporting yourselves instead of reporting me? ..

Sock puppet investigation

[edit]

FYI. I just filed this report: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/14.203.52.66. --David Tornheim (talk) 11:51, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Great. Shows you spend more time on usless matters than actually looking at the material that your look at to find out in shorted time, to find out you didn't really need to do that... Thanks...Also your report say you say those books are written by someone else.... They are "authored' by someone else...

You clearly don't understand licensing and copyright here. Please see Wikipedia:Copyrights and its accompanying documentation, you may find it helpful. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 12:11, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

One of my first comments had you read them.... I had asked to see the licencing that allows wikipedia to use 'any' of my copyrighted material.. Your just another person, who i don't really want to reply back to, because it's a waste of time...But since i did, can you give me the licencing of use of my copyrights? Please...

No. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 12:40, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of report as vandalism

[edit]

FYI. I also filed this report. The edit-warring must stop, and we need an admin to come in and block this account until you stop edit warring in this material. --David Tornheim (talk) 12:22, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 12:33, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon Your recent edits to Origin (Brown novel) could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Thank you. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 12:48, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

And? so let me get this right.. Your going to send wikipedia after me? haha...when you steal my authored work cause you don't check...you attribute my copyrighted material to others, because you don't check or read what your told. All being a criminal offence, and have been also asked for the licencing of my copyrights while doing that, and I now, are in trouble with wiki?? Amazing!! If I come back to Origin and find that you have done it again while being asked for all that and to double check.. I am going to verbally abuse you too, inside wikipedia.. I can't wait for the outcome of that one....wikipedia employ people like you and let them slander, lie, infringe and misattribute copyrighted material again and again, when people like yourself do not bother checking or looking at facts and laws or contacting a copyright lawyer and feed this sort of crap out, they are going to be accountable for it, like yourself if you keep doing it too.. Don't assist them in criminal activities oryou yourself will be dragged to court to answer for it too... Now go put attribution af authorship back into where you removed it from whilst plagiarising my property while doing it or you'll join them..Then go off editing something else that you are allowed to do...if I come back later and find it's you, who remvoved attribution, i wil add you to wikipedia's list of editors for legal action agaist them..

With all due respects, I do not care. I have been following standard process for dealing with disruptive editing. You do not own Wikipedia and legally you do not have a stance against any of us except for scaremongering via legal threats to get what you want. Nor am I employed by Wikipedia, I am an editor, just like you, expect I am actually comparatively more experienced with Wikipedia's policies. Be civil and do not threaten me or any other editors again. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 13:33, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

If unlike most editors, reasons can be found here and checked for ownership of it are written in the contents and summarys https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Neights&oldid=953694133 Misatribution of copyrights is a criminal offence and piracy.... Copyright infringement is also piracy. Proof of ownership is found here at my blocked and tampered account https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Neights&oldid=95369413314.203.52.66 (talk) 13:34, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 13:38, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
