Hallypop (Philippine TV channel)

Hello, Hallypop is a free-to-air channel and not a pay television channel, why? because the network only airs on terrestrial and not on satellite and cable, and we, as a registered users, are based on the availability of the network. In your edit summary, it is because of "GMA Affordabox", but it is a digital terrestrial TV provider box which also consider as a free-to-air television and not a pay television. If your reason is because of pay television's description, "..., but also increasingly via digital terrestrial, and streaming television.", it's still not a reason because if you click digital terrestrial's link, in the description it mentions "terrestrial", which is "free-to-air". Remember as some articles said, "free-to-air television" is for terrestrial especially digital terrestrial television and "pay television" is for cable and satellite; but if you wish you have any reconsiderations proven that a network is a pay television channel, please discuss at the article's talk page. I don't understand if you are twistedly disagree. If GMA's Hallypop is actually "digital free TV", then you're trying to say that the former digital TV channels of ABS-CBN TV Plus (like Asianovela Channel and Yey!) were never "digital free TV" as you believed? -152.32.113.251 (talk) 03:43, 23 September 2020 (UTC)

@152.32.113.251: They considered as either digital free TV or not, because these channels are encrypted or launching of ABS-CBN TV Plus on 2015 (before, during or after), that's why their descriptions are simply like this: "a Philippine pay television channel created by ABS-CBN and one of the freemium channels of ABS-CBN TVplus." In addition, all descriptions of ABS-CBN TV Plus channels are "pay television channel" and not "free-to-air channel" because of its encryption, though it may considered as free-to-air channel but it still picks as pay television. But as you may know, GMA Affordabox is unencrypted while ABS-CBN TV Plus is encrypted. That's the reason why Hallypop is a free-to-air channel not a pay television channel because its not an encrypted channel. Edit Warring

Hi, please do not edit war as you have done at Dreamscape Entertainment both to myself and another editor. You have no support for the changes you have made which have removed all colour from the article including a gallery of free images. It is also now more difficult to navigate and edit with sections in decades instead of years. My edits were correct and I support the cleaned edits. I didn't mess up the article, I just did a reformat to make it shorter as possible, given that we are in a new decade. You seem to want to make the article as dull and boring as possible without the support of any other editor except yourself and are edit warring to achieve that. Why don't you check out some featured lists, such as those for film studios and you will find them chock full of images which have not been removed by featured article reviewers as you have done. There is nothing wrong with colourful articles they are actually encouraged and some even have free public domain videos embedded such as entire silent films, imv Atlantic306 (talk) 03:14, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
