Request reason:

I was blocked when I used VPN, once I disabled it, it still says I was blocked? However, I really want to be unblocked. As when I went on WikiPedia, I wanted to make edits, but all of sudden I got blocked. I believe it's because I had VPN on, and that's right, but upon disabling it, it still doesn't work, however my IP is indeed real.
