Excess tagging

Hi, I have noticed you are adding {{cleanup rewrite}} and {{copyedit}} tags to articles that have already been substantially cleaned up. As I understand it, Cleanup Rewrite is for the worst articles (that don't even look like articles), and Copyedit is for articles where other problems have already been mostly solved and the text is stable. As we are trying to clear the backlog of articles with multiple maintenance tags, adding these two isn't very useful. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
