I appreciate your eagerness to add information on this topic! However, I wouldn't start an encyclopedia article about what you want to do. Nobody cares about what the author has to say, they just want the information about the topic. On that same subject, if you want to write an article about the Dutch community in the United States on Wikipedia, you should probably have reliable sources that prove any information you write in this article. If you want to add more information about the Dutch community in the United States, I'd suggest looking at the current article on Dutch Americans and see where you can add any of your expertise.
