To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. If you register an account, you can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you could put a link to it on your user page.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the
button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your IP address linked to your contributions page (however, if you create an account, your IP address will be hidden and you will be able to build a custom signature that can link to your own user page), a link to this IP's talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.

Formatting
[edit]You might want to familiarize yourself with a few editing guidelines and manuals of style.
- MOS:ITALIC Works are italicized. That means books, publications (like Billboard), albums (like Gravity) are italicized, not quoted.
- MOS:LQ Wikipedia does not add punctuation inside quoted material to suit the sentence. So if a song title has no terminal punctuation, we do not move the quote to include the terminal punctuation.

For instance, MOS:LQ is violated when you move the comma inside the quotes. MOS:ITALIC is violated by changing the italics of TV programs to be quotes. Stop it. Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:07, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
Hello. I just wanted to let you know that when you add the title of a book, film, album, magazine, or TV series to an article, it should be italicized by adding two single apostrophes ('') on either side. Titles of television episodes, short stories and songs should be placed within quotation marks. More detail can be found in the Wikipedia Manual of Style. Thank you.
