[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Chrisvls. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Othello (1965 British film) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. More specifically, your comment on the the meaning of blackface is something that would require you to cite a reliable source. Since you didn't cite a source, I removed the edit. Also, it certainly seems that blackface makeup usually is used in performances fairly called caricatures. You may have been referring to the specific performance, rather than the makeup, but that wasn't what your edit said... If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. Chris vLS (talk) 23:57, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
