I cannot understand what you're upset about:

• My version does not say dentists perform this modification, the word "dental" means "pertaining to the teeth", not "done by a dentist"
• My version alsodoes not say that people pull their own teeth.
• You are jamming in verbiage that says that teeth-pulling is illegal, and it's a "mutiliation", and the recipients are "victims". The last two are your personal opinion, and the first is WP:OR because the article takes no stance on who is doing this, because the sources don't say whether it's being done illegally or no.

You can't jam your version through just by persistence. If you keep trying, I'll just file requests to have you IP blocked and the article locked in the last properly cited version (the one I'm supporting). I'm not just trying to be a jerk here, I'm following Wikipedia policy as I have for the last 10 years, and I'm trying to explain it to you and you're trying to force an opinionated version through.
