Information icon Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Derek Murray (Gaelic footballer), please make sure that the category page actually exists. In some cases, it may be appropriate to create a new category in accordance with Wikipedia's categorization guidelines, but it is usually better to use the most specific available existing category. It is never appropriate to leave a page categorised in a non-existent category, i.e. one whose link displays in red. You may find it helpful to use the gadget HotCat, which tests whether a category exists before saving a change. Thank you. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 21:45, 22 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

February 2020[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at William Russell (English actor), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. SuperMarioMan (Talk) 20:00, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Sundayclose. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Zooey Deschanel, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sundayclose (talk) 17:52, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Categories[edit]

I see someone's already explained that we shouldn't add categories that don't exist. It would be helpful if you'd stop doing it. Thank you for listening. Struway2 (talk) 10:37, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
