Why RolandR Will Not Get an Answer[edit]

This IP address was used by User:RichWales (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Richwales/Tabs/AboutMe) to self-vandalize the Aliyah article so that he could later come in and LOCK the article to anyone else editing it without his 'owner's approval'. If you look it up yourself, Richwales is from Ontario (Canada) and this vandalizing IP address is from - - - Ontario!
