Are not for comments on users or their ability to read (see wp:talk), Also such comments might well be seen as a violation WP:NPA. I also suggest you read wp:nothere, at this time you appear to be a wp:SPA and are pretty damn wp:uncivil. You need to take less of a wp:battelground mentality.
