Hi I am trying to make and edit from my IP and it said it was blocked on the 15th May when I viewed the edits they were made in 2018 before I even got this ip address at home. I put in a request earlier now the Ip has changed but I am getting the same block why is this happening?. I have done nothing wrong. I don't have an account. How can I edit again please. This block was placed on 15 May but why is it only affecting me tonight please ?.

See my reply; You are blocked, not banned(blocks and bans are different). It sounds like the IPs that your form of internet access assigns you all fall within this blocked range. If you are not responsible for any inappropriate editing, you should request an account at WP:ACC so you can avoid blocks meant to target others.
