How do you personally come to own the copyright to File:Willie Spears.png while having no conflict of interest? This is an image which appears at westernpanhandlefca.org, a website that all images are copyrighted and the property of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Godo morning, I don't understand how I've repeatedly refused to address concerns? What concerns? I thought earlier in the talk page you were just making me aware of COI policies. How did I break COI? If a photo is on facebook with no copyright and I download it, I'm not sure what to select in the copyright section. Can I get unblocked and just not upload photos? Who do I ask for help when I don't know how to do something? You messaged me Sunday, I was traveling, then before I could reply, you blocked me the same day. I have a lot to offer this site. Also, if the issue is that I requested access while at work, can you just block my VPN? I was just going to get on here when I don't have other projects happening at work. I think I jumped into using my account too quickly without understanding all the Wikipedia guidelines. I was working with an administrator but was not understanding what he/she was asking of me. I only had my account a week and am requesting a second chance. Thank you for the consideration.
