Dear Vif12vf/Tiberius, if you had bothered to read my edit comments, I did not add anything, I restored a sentence that had been in the article previously. It was removed by someone absent-mindedly editing the article and nobody (including you, apparently) had actually read the section in the question.

When I see something wrong in an article, something that does not make sense, I go through the article's history to see where it got introduced, and to see if there is anything to salvage. If there is, I salvage what I can. This is not my content. This is someone else's content. I made no claims on the veracity of the sentence I restored. I don't care what the sentence reads, all I see is an article with a broken two-word sentence fragment. And I tried to fix it.
