September 2019[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Epistulae ad Familiares. I noticed that you recently removed content from Jean-Baptiste Colbert without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. April 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. You are changing data without an amendment to the source. The data is presumably static (completed battle statistics). Alternatively, you can use an edit summary to explain why the original numbers were wrong. signed, Willondon (talk) 20:28, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to make large changes to presumably static data, without giving a new source, or explaining why/how the original number was wrong, you may be blocked from editing. signed, Willondon (talk) 21:10, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please explain what you are doing with edit summaries. I find it strange that you are making large changes to data which presumably doesn't change. Many "corrections" involve just adding a digit to a number, or removing one, resulting in a change of a full order of magnitude. Again, please explain your edits, or it can be considered disruptive editing and result in loss of editing priveleges. signed, Willondon (talk) 21:17, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
