User talk:93.97.45.91
February 2018
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at November 11. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 14:12, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at User talk:93.97.45.91, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. 331dot (talk) 14:13, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
Skyrim is important
- I'm sure it's important to you. However, the articles on each date of the year are not meant for listing every event of any type that occurs on every date. If you feel that whatever Skyrim is is important enough to list in the article, you must begin a discussion on including it on the article talk page, making logical and reasoned arguments at least partially based in Wikipedia guidelines. 331dot (talk) 14:17, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
Go away
- I will respect your wishes and do so. However, that does not change what I have said above. If you want to have the best chance of success, you need to do as I have described above. Further edit warring and personal attacks will likely lead to your being blocked. Good day. 331dot (talk) 14:19, 20 February 2018 (UTC)

. Favonian (talk) 14:34, 20 February 2018 (UTC)- If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
