Sony Music Philippines moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Sony Music Philippines, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 07:43, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sony Music Philippines

[edit]

Hi Aaronsicalbo, Many thanks for your new article. I have moved this to draft space as I think it does not currently show sufficient notability and - as you state it is under development - it is best placed in draft. The sources do not really indicate that Sony Music Philippines is a "label" on its own and - sorry for splitting hair - the sources don't even tell if it is an independent legal entity. It may be, but it also may as well just be a "sales office" under management of Sony Music APAC. We don't know either way and anything else is really just speculation. Please also check the external link policy. There should really only be one link to the one official site. Social media should be avoided. Many thanks. If you have any questions, pls let me know. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 07:51, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Jake! Thanks for reaching out. It seemed that I made the article ahead of its time as the label has now signed artists into their roster (as per legitimate online sources). I’m new to Wikipedia and I really want to learn more about creating such articles. Thanks! Aaronsicalbo (talk) 05:05, 1 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
