Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.

Please stop removing this. It's in [1] Doug Weller talk 15:06, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I know it's in the Holy Hatred book (page 113), but in this book the writer mentions the statement while talking about Vom Schem Hamphoras, which is a different book from On the Jews and their Lies.
I found the following English translation of On the Jews and their Lies: https://www.prchiz.pl/storage/app/media/pliki/Luther_On_Jews.pdf
I didn't find the statement in this pdf. That's why I think the statement shouldn't be included in a section named 'content' which is part of the article On the Jews and their Lies. AdrianEvex (talk) 15:30, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It's reliably sourced. If you think it isn't, please go to WP:RSN. Doug Weller talk 16:43, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure if we understand each other correctly. I'm not saying the source is not reliable. I think the source shouldn't be used, because the source says the statement refers to Vom Schem Hamphoras, not On the Jews and their Lies. AdrianEvex (talk) 18:52, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I see and can confirm that. Sorry, go ahead and edit it. Doug Weller talk 11:12, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
