Information icon Hello, I'm Aboutmovies. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Hillsboro High School (Oregon) seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Again, this much detail is uncalled for. Please review Wikipedia's guidelines on content. If you continue on this path, it will be obvious you have a conflict of interest and are attempting to use Wikipedia for promotion, which creates other problems. Your organization has not been removed, just cut down to an appropriate size. Aboutmovies (talk) 06:07, 28 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Aboutmovies,

I am user aguilar2151... It would be appreciated if you stop deleting my addition to the Hillsboro High School page in wikipedia. I am a college student and it needs to stay online for two weeks.. you're hurting my grade in Writting.. After two weeks I can delete the entire entry as I do not do this as a hobby. It is simply an assignment. Thanks!

Class project

[edit]

Hello, Aguilar2151 and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students.

Go through our online training for students.

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.

Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}} on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.

We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Valfontis (talk) 03:07, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Hillsboro High School (Oregon) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Your appeal to Aboutmovies to leave your version is not valid. Please see WP:5PEncMstr (talk) 03:47, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
