This was a genuine first attempt to create the ahilyajewels wiki page. It was unintentional to promote the product categories on our part.It won't happen again.

Joint accounts ("our part") are not allowed, accounts in the names of companies are not allowed, promoting companies (especially with the marketing speak you used) is not allowed, only companies that satisfy the notability requirements at WP:NCORP can have articles written about them, and because of your conflict of interest you will not be unblocked if all you want to do is write about your company. There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person.
