Ahmed Hussein Annan أحمد حسين عنان is a Syrian philosopher born (08.01.1966) in a small town called Sheikh Mustafa , formerly called (Kfarkoum), about 20 km southwest of Maarat al-Numan. He studied religious sciences in Syria and then studied philosophy and politics in Salzburg (Austria). Ahmad Hussein Annan has published political philosophical books, the most important of which are:

1. The Dialectic of Thought 2. the Dialectic of Globalization . He contributed to the Syrian revolution and was highly effective on the intellectual level. He founded the democratic liberation movement, which stopped its activity due to the entry of al-Qaeda to the north of Syria and its fight against democratic movements, and since the movement was unarmed, it was forced to stop organizational activity, but it remained effective on the intellectual level. Ahmed Hussein Annan also writes poetry, speaks several foreign languages and runs several cultural websites on the Internet. The books were published in 2006/2007 and are currently sold on Amazon. In addition to paper and electronic books, Ahmed Hussein Annan publishes a series of research papers related to social Issues, political life and the Syrian conflict (some of them are available on Amazon and others are available for free on various social networking sites)
