Take the time to read through all the linked material above. Most of this is sourced to Nama Flim Flimmaking Institute which is a primary source and not independent given he is a founder of the organization so should only be used very sparingly and does not contribute to notability. Another source is a blog which is not reliable so should not be used. The last source is ok. Also, for the awards only list the ones where the film won a major award from a major film festival (on the level of Cannes, Venice, Berlin, etc.) and need independent sources for verification.

Why doesn't Wiki allow creating a page for the director of the movie Melody, who has a page on the IMDb page. He is an international director. It is an independent director who works without financial support. He has been forced to make films by selling personal cameras. A page has been created for his film, but not for himself.
