Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Tyler vo, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. November 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Tyler vo has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uc6UBGQBGU (matching the regex rule \byoutube\.com). If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. Video links are also strongly deprecated by our guidelines for external links, partly because they're useless to people with slow internet connections.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 02:40, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 03:10, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tyler Vo discussion[edit]

This is not a blatant hoax. As you can see, I've provided reliable sources, not only have I provided sources, but if you do some research, you will be able to find many articles on this artist. Secondly, I'm not done with the article yet. I believe this is good enough to work on for some time until I can make the article as good as possible. Finally, this artist has been in at least over 10 exhibitions and you can see many of this works in all museums found in Baltimore. I think an artist that is this widespread should obviously be recognized as notable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Akensasusora (talkcontribs)

So why do several dates in this article contradict themselves and why does a link to 'his' bio point to that of Monet? Jarkeld (talk) 02:46, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I've just started on the article and I know it can be confusing, but I'm working on it. A few dates I substituted in because I don't want things out of place. One link points to Claude Monet because theres a database on artists and the general page link is that of Monet. This artist has the power to find. He has indisputably shown it. He doesn't just seek like most novice artists. I have a LOT more sources that can prove that this is not a hoax. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Akensasusora (talkcontribs) 02:50, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I'm a bit new so maybe I'm not doing this right. If I'm not, then perhaps you can give me extra time to at least TRY to prove that this is not a hoax. I will show more sources, more than you can imagine. I study history and I've stumbled upon this artist a couple months ago. I was disappointed to see that this artist wasn't in wikipedia. Seeing how I read a lot about the history of art. I'll post more sources by tomorrow. Shouldn't take long, besides, what could it hurt? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Akensasusora (talkcontribs) 02:56, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An option could be to create an article in your userspace (eg. User:Akensasusora/Tyler Vo) before moving it to the main article space. That way you can fine tune an article without the drawback of having it nominated for deletion because of the state it is in. As the article stands it is not clear if it's about a real painter. Jarkeld (talk) 03:06, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How can I do that and what is a userspace? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Akensasusora (talkcontribs) 03:09, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a hoax. I've heard a lot about this person but why dont you finish the article before adding it to the wiki? You can work on it in your userspace before adding it in. I still think it should be deleted and once you finish with it then it should be added into the wiki. - Umikens

Feel free to use a {{hangon}}. Cheers, ContinueWithCaution (talk) 03:15, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

See Wikipedia:UP and UP#SUB for an explanation about subpages. As for creating that article: when you use the link User:Akensasusora/Tyler Vo it should open the page as ready to be edited. It is possible to move the article as it is now to that space for you to work on it. Jarkeld (talk) 03:14, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. I think this should be moved first. It doesn't look complete. Seems legit to me though and if you have more sources good. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.110.73.34 (talk) 03:28, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tyler Vo article moved[edit]

I moved the page for you to work on it some more without the immediate threat of deletion. It can be found at User:Akensasusora/Tyler Vo. If you need some more help or clarification please feel free to contact me via my talk page. Jarkeld (talk) 03:42, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
