Mmmbop

[edit]

I saw your requested move regarding Mmmbop and commented on it. Since there are only two options (the song or the album), I think it's better to just have the disambiguation statement at the top instead of a whole disambiguation page. See Wikipedia:Disambiguation#Disambiguation_links. The one that's the most common usage (the song) would get the article name without the parenthetical. HollyAm 05:19, 2 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Just so you know, Wikipedia rules about categorization are not that you file an article in every category that applies; the rule is actually that you apply as few categories as possible. If the article is already in Category:Canadian pop singers, for example, that category is already a subcategory of all of Category:Pop singers, Category:Canadian entertainers, Category:Canadian pop musicians and Category:Singers — so you can't file the article simultaneously in all five. You apply only the most specific appropriate category. Bearcat 12:15, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I've taken your article to a articles for deletion debate atWikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Same_Same, so if you have any comments feel free to comment there. --Arnzy (whats up?) 02:49, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article Live & Electric Indie Sampler has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable comp

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —Justin (koavf)TCM05:36, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
