Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussion
[edit]There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident with which you may be involved. Thank you. FMecha (to talk|to see log) 01:42, 8 April 2022 (UTC)
- Corrections to the article take multiple sources into consideration Alemanis2016 (talk) 11:08, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
- You were citing nanoFlowcell themselves in your edits, which is a violation of WP:PRIMARY. Also your editing patterns (almost exclusively editing that particular page) is the reason you are/were on WP:COIN to begin with. Please also refer to the WP:COI page for details. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:NanoFlowcell, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 21:44, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Mako001. I noticed that in this edit to NanoFlowcell, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mako001 (C) (T) 🇺🇦 10:37, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, you still have assumptions in your edit which have not been confirmed; furthermore the edits contain statements that aim at discrediting people and which are defamatory Alemanis2016 (talk) 11:10, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Alemanis2016: You are obligated to discuss your concerns at Talk:NanoFlowcell and specify what material you object to, and why. Removing it unilaterally without any explanation is disruptive editing; doing so repeatedly is engaging in an edit war, which will invite sanctions. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:26, 20 April 2022 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to NanoFlowcell. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 11:05, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
- Gossip, rumours and defamation do not belong in an encyclopaedia. In times of fake news, Wikipedia has to stay a true source of verified information; a Wikipedia article cannot simply repeat unverified media publishings without questioning their sources - especially if these are so called tabloids. This is not academically accurate working. There is a reason that no Swiss lead media did cover any of those speculations cited, but looked at the bare facts: There is no court ruling that convicted Nunzio La Vecchia of any wrong-doing, there is no document known in which La Vecchia claimed to have a Phd, his company's financial dealings are publicly accessible at the website of the Companies House (a UK government body). Wikipedia content has to stay true to facts and is no place for personal vandettas. Please let me know if I have a wrong perception. Alemanis2016 (talk) 00:14, 23 April 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 11:19, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
