Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by admins or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Re: Why have you blocked me!

Hi, if you receive a message telling you to log in, that means that you are not directly targeted by the block. Without knowing what your IP is I can't be much more specific, however IPs are sometimes shared among users from the same building or Internet Service Provider. In that case, they can routinely be blocked to prevent further disruption to the projects. Users with an account are usually not affected by such blocks.
