Tao Qian

[edit]

Thanks for your help with the minor guys of de:Tao Qian (if it was you - I'm not quite sure) --Sarazyn 10:12, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No problem! Someone did the same thing to the English version a while back also. It's pretty confusing when the pinyin spelling is exactly the same, but the original characters are different. Any time I can help, just let me know :) --Alex Small 12:19, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
My main Problem is: I'm using Win 98 at home, and it shows the chinese and japanese characters just as question marks (???), so neither I'm able to copy & paste them nor to even read them. That's pretty annoying. --Sarazyn 09:09, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

What sources do you use to create articles like Liu Yan (Three Kingdoms) or Pan Zheng? SarazynTALKDE 13:20, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I get it all from Japanese Wikipedia, and translate it. Unfortunately, the folks who write the articles in Japanese never really cite their sources unless a direct quote is made. I assume, however, that the primary source they use is Records of Three Kingdoms. I don't have a copy of that text in any language, so I'm forced to rely on the Japanese articles and HOPE that they're accurate.--Alex Small 23:28, 18 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

addLoadEvent

[edit]

Hi, one of your user scripts uses the addLoadEvent( func ) function (see [1]). This function will be removed from MediaWiki:Common.js soon. Please modify your scripts to use addOnloadHook( func ) instead. —Ruud 18:34, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Three Kingdoms Images

[edit]

I was going to message you about those images myself! =D Yes, it would be great if you can scan those pictures since Three Kingdoms articles desperately need relevant images. Thank you! _dk (talk) 04:27, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
