Duplicated topic creation on 1987 Lieyu massacre[edit]

Good morning, hereby humbly inform that your edit on the 1987 Lieyu massacre talk page has been removed based on the following reasons:

1. The linguistic quality of article has been a known issue already raised by Royalcourtier since 30, May, 2017 as per the record for more improvement contribution. You are welcomed to make correction or supplement edits for the article or follow up discussing in the topic by all means, whereas duplicating another same topic without input makes no sense.
2. "Chinese/Taiwanese..."? If you cannot tell the difference between a "Chinese" and a "Taiwanese", then what are you doing here making comment about something you don't know? not to mention why favour covering up for the Chinese Nationalists' wrong doing over 30 years ago against the growing Taiwanese democracy?
3. The history shows that this article was created by Qrfqr his excellency on 5 August 2013‎, then followed by more than 70 editors' contribution in Wikipedia throughout these years, hence clearly not written by one person as you guessed. Please kindly check on the "View history" tab to see all the details. There is nothing to hide under the sunshine. Further reading and videos are also available in the reference sections at any time for your convenience.

Thanks for your patience and hope you have a great day, Sincerely, Mickie-Mickie (talk) 04:12, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

People from China and Taiwan both speak Mandarin, you can't tell apart a Chinese from a Taiwanese based on how good their written English is. Otherwise thank you for the message, I will take care next time.

Yours sincerly, Alfred the Lesser (talk) 10:45, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Captain Tom has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Thank you. ‑‑Neveselbert (talk · contribs · email) 22:57, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Controversial topic area alert[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor. — Newslinger talk 03:43, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
