Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 08:48, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

By the say. IMDB is not allowed as a reference, but it is allowed in a section "External links". The reason is that it is a site with solely user generated content, so is not reliable 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 08:49, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Review history

[edit]

This is part of the history of the draft, and is used by future reviewers. Please do not remove it. By doing so you also removed your ability to resubmit for further review. I have put it back for you. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 12:43, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! I didn't know I had removed it! AntaBel (talk) 12:48, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Rather than review the current version formally I'm going to give you a "private review", which will give you the chance to make improvements if possible while waiting for a formal review. It's kinder, too, because I would need to decline it and ask for more work.
As presented, you have not shown Johnstone to pass WP:NACTOR. At present we see him as a decent jobbing actor, but not yet a notable actor. Adding more roles won't show it, because you need to show The person has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions. I see playing Henry V at the Globe as one of these, but I cannot see others. This may mean that we are too early in his career.
I expect the next reviewer will decline based upon a similar rationale 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 13:46, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Again thank you for your feedback!
I understand that it may be too early in his career. I have not include all of his television roles and he has also played lead roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and was called "a major find" by the reviewer in the UK's Telegraph newspaper. But perhaps even the inclusion of this would not be sufficient at this moment? I can have to wait for his next big role to try again. AntaBel (talk) 16:29, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
