I have had to undo some changes you made to Rome. In the first place, you should note the {{EngvarB}} template near the top of the article. This says which style of English the article uses. You should not change the style without very good reason. See WP:ENGVAR for more details. In the second place, "World Food Programme" is the correct name of the World Food Programme. Please respect that.

Unused plaintext PDF, out of scope for Commons, if there is any useful biographical information about this person, it should be in its own encyclopedia article and not in a PDF.
