Protection requests
Please do not make another RFPP request until you've read Wikipedia:Protection_policy#Preemptive_protection. We don't protect articles because of "likely" vandalism. OhNoitsJamie Talk 22:17, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- Which request are you talking about? I acknowledge this is true for the Myanmar and Times of Israel article, but for the other ones... Avishai11 (talk) 22:21, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- Your last several requests, including the aforementioned ones and the one. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:02, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry! Let me understand: there is no protection for articles without vandalism already happening. Is that accurate? Because what about articles relating to U.S. elections and sensitive topics? Avishai11 (talk) 23:04, 17 January 2024 (UTC)

Your answer on my talk
Hi Avishai, your answer to the editor seeking help on my talk page is somewhat inaccurate. They are allowed to create a page about their organization or topics they have a conflict of interest with, it is just highly discouraged, not forbidden, like you said on my talk. They do have to go through articles for creation as they have a COI and they need to disclose as a paid editor though. v/r - Seawolf35 T--C 20:51, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry! Avishai11 (talk) 21:01, 22 January 2024 (UTC)

Recent changes
- Starting Monday January 29, all talk pages messages' timestamps will become a link. This link is a permanent link to the comment. It allows users to find the comment they are looking for, even if this comment was moved elsewhere. This will affect all wikis except for the English Wikipedia. You can read more about this change on Diff or on Mediawiki.org. [4]
- There are some improvements to the CAPTCHA to make it harder for spam bots and scripts to bypass it. If you have feedback on this change, please comment on the task. Staff are monitoring metrics related to the CAPTCHA, as well as secondary metrics such as account creations and edit counts.
